I can garauntee that this will be one of few games i play multiple times through to tensure i follw the path of both corrupted and uncorrupted and ecperience all of the spells.The main thing that appeals to rpg fans is the interchangable weapons and armour types while rts (real time strategy) fans will most likely enjoy the ability to summon and "sweep" the minions to do your bidding from a aafe distance.Either way, a great edition to the rpg world so enjoy.this game in last year may be less than i don't know excacly the date , anyway this game ((( overlord raising hell ))) real great game for type fantasy action advntures , this game making challenging between players all you why this. I cant wait to get further into this game as the story is engaging and makes you want to play on. no but very good this speed for this game is make great game fantasy action adventure yet and real score for this is 9.7 , and last thing for this game is great lovely graphics is soft for see its a lovely game for me and real score for this game is 10.0 last word for me this game not bad in all sides but in other side great lovely game yet This game seems to defy the laws of one genre. it combines aspects of both rpg with the character of the overlord and rts with the commanding of units such as the browns.This game has been severly underapreciated but i guess that was expected with the fact that it is an expansion edition. lets beginning every body i will start with the score specily eral score on this game (( overlord raising hell )) , first thing storyline not bad in all sides but not perfect in the same time and thats score 8.8 , and second thing the effect on this game realy lovely effects specily for this game and thats real score for this is 9.1 , and third thing is speed for this game is good.
The 'Raising Hell' expansion levels add new challenges and unique items (I didn't know this was the expansion until after purchasing, but apparently so). This game is good for the role-player and the real-time strategist, and has hours of mindless and hilarious destruction for everyone else. Buy it.
You won't be disappointed. Your minions can get drunk and start peeing all over the place, you kidnap helpless townsfolk for your castle, you can kill hobbits (well, they're called halflings in the game, but same thing), and a bunch of other fun things. If you're one of those people who enjoyed Fable, this is the game for you. It has great dialogue, humor, and it's just amazingly entertaining. :D Get the game.
Gets a little repetitive after awhile and I stopped playing it. Controls can be a little frustrating but overall a good game for your PS3. Good game with dark humor. You can get it for a good price now and with a second installment coming I hope they take this great idea and improve upon it.
are quite amusing. They'll even bring back your money and treasure after they get done looting the room and killing the monsters. Instead you control your minions and let THEM do the dirty work for you. It really is a blast, and the cutscenes and NPC animations etc. The game Overlord: Raising Hell, is a fun, amusing little gane, At the current $30-$40 price point it's well worth the dollars. The key idea of this game (unlike most arcade games) is that you do NOT attack or affect the enemies directly (except under the most dire of circumstances). There's a fair amount of resource management (being sure you have enough of each minion to accomplish some particular task), and a lot of strategy and puzzle solving (putting certain minions in certain spots to control the fight).
